Empowering Youth in BiH: CSR for Jobs & Cohesion
Bosnia and Herzegovina faces persistent challenges linking young people to sustainable employment while rebuilding social cohesion after decades of political and economic transition. Youth unemployment has historically been multiple times higher than general unemployment; international estimates from institutions such as the International Labour Organization and the World Bank place youth unemployment and NEET (not in employment, education or training) rates at levels that remain among the highest in the Western Balkans in the 2010s and early 2020s.
